  2. Meeting participants can easily add See&Share participants to video conferences by scheduling with TANDBERG Management Suite or TANDBERG Scheduler. Once a conference is booked, TMS and Scheduler generate an e-mail containing a See&Share URL (web-link). Data conferencing participants joining via PC simply click on the URL to join the conference.

    When used in combination with TANDBERG DuoVideo, web conference participants and videoconferencing meeting participants can view the same content. The TANDBERG See&Share server software can reside behind a customer's firewall for security. The solution is also firewall-friendly through its use of server port 80.
